The ordinance establishes the location of ATV routes within the township and regulates their use. Land Use Ordinance Public Discussion was held May 12, 2025 Cory Wohlrab called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Roll Call: Cory Wohlrab, Frank Wohlrab, Tammy Miller, Andy Potter, Terri Treptow Public Attendance: Beth Wafle, Tara Swinehart Public Input: Beth and Tara were just confirming that the 6 acres in Summit Township would be grandfathered for both parties since the deed was in both names. Business: Chairman introduced the topic of Land Ordinance Use – proposing the current 5 acres to increase to 10 minimum acreage to build a home.
