The ordinance establishes the location of ATV routes within the township and regulates their use. BOR/Open Book Adjournment Meeting

Present: Andy Potter, Tammy Miller, Cory Wohlrab, Frank
Wohlrab, Terri Treptow
Meeting Called to Order: Meeting was called to order on
5/11/2026 at 7:27 pm at the Town Shop. This meeting was called
because the Assessor does not have the Assessment Roll
completed. The Open Book and the Board of Review will be
postponed until June. Motion was made by Andy Potter for the
Open Book to be 6/18/2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm and Board of
Review will be 6/25/2026 at 5:00 pm. Frank Wohlrab seconded
the motion. Motion carried. Both events will take place at the
Summit Town Shop.
Adjournment: Motion made by Andy Potter to adjourn at 7:30
pm. Seconded by Frank Wohlrab. Motion carried.
