1. Driveway permit
    a. Ascertain whether the driveway is on a town road, county road or state highway
        and then apply for a permit from the appropriate official
  2. Get a perc test - put in septic (County sanitary permit)
  3. Submit drawing / survey (minimum 5 acres) to town clerk to be submitted to
    town board at next monthly meeting ($50.00)
  4. Get a state permit from Kevin Rockweiler, Building Inspector
  5. Start digging

* If you are demolishing a building, you will also need a permit
