1. Driveway permit
    a. Ascertain whether the driveway is on a town road, county road or state highway
        and then apply for a permit from the appropriate official
  2. Get a perc test - put in septic (County sanitary permit)
  3. Submit drawing / survey (minimum 5 acres) to town clerk to be submitted to
    town board at next monthly meeting ($50.00)
  4. First contact the Town of Summit (Tammy Miller)
    Then for building permits & inspection for new dwellings follow the
    directions provided in the link to the right      UDC Inspection
    contact the Town of Summit for a building permit before contacting
    State of Wisconsin inspector
  5. Start digging

* If you are demolishing a building, you will also need a permit
